Acceptance of Terms
Any payment for and/or use of services provided on this site will be deemed to be with the full acceptance of these terms as outlined on this page.
Description of Services
In its service offerings, WP for Moms provides Business and Life Coaching, Website Design and Development and Search Engine Optimisation and Marketing with the intent of assisting you to discover a path forward independent of your regular job, to create and /or build your online business assets. The provision of our services may also require you to sign up to third party service providers that may provide a free or paid service – your use of these third party providers is subject to their separate and individual terms of service.
I am a Website Designer and Developer and a Master NLP Coach. As such, I design websites and provide inspiration for you to live a life that you love and one that works best for you and your family.
I am not an Accountant, a Lawyer nor a Financial Advisor. Therefore, any discussion we have around these topics are based purely on my own personal experience in my home country of Australia and are not to be constituted as paid advice. Depending on where you live, your rules may differ and it is your responsibility to gain independent advice from accredited professionals in your country.
The Initial Process – Getting into the Project Queue
All prospective clients are required to complete a New Project Questionnaire. Upon completion and submission of the form an email will be sent to arrange a 30 minute Skype call to discuss the form and a potential strategy overview. After this discussion, WP for Moms will create a recommended strategy with a cost estimate for the project and email this to the client.
The client has 14 full days from receipt of the Project Strategy and cost estimate to pay a deposit of $600AUD to confirm their place in the project queue and the estimated start date.
Payment and Refunds
After payment of the deposit, the outstanding payment for services to be provided by WP for Moms is required in full using Paypal prior to the commencement of any work. No credit terms are provided – you can however use a credit card via Paypal if necessary (you do not need a Paypal account to be able to make a payment via Paypal). This full payment constitutes a commitment on your part that you are serious about creating the best outcome for project or business.
Because all services provided are in a non-physical format, no refunds will be provided for work already completed – this includes strategy and coaching sessions, web design work and SEO services provided.
Communication
All strategy and coaching sessions will be done via Skype (free software you can download onto your computer).
At all other times outside of our phone discussions, it is essential that you check your email regularly. For the purposes of the services I provide, regularly means checking your email at least 2 times per day to enable work on your website to continue without delay. To ensure there are no unexpected surprises at the end of the web development process, proofs of work done will be sent at regular intervals for your approval.
Scheduling
All new projects will be allotted a place within my schedule for completion according to the work being done for you and your requirements for a completion time.
The quicker you respond to my emails, the quicker your work will be completed.
At any time during our work together, if I don’t receive a response from you for a period of greater than 48 hours (2 days), not including weekends, your work will be put on hold and I will commence work on the next client project. Your project re-commencement time will then be scheduled into my existing timeline once you re-establish contact.
If at any time you have personal or work commitments that will require you to be out of contact for a period of time, please advise me of this and I will put your project on hold and it will be ready to pick up again when you are back in contact with me.
Ownership and Responsibility
Any business ideas that we discuss during our strategy and coaching sessions are confidential and will not be shared with any other person. These ideas will be used to implement your online business structure (website, social media, newsletters).
Any business registration, domain name registration, or any other business related registration of any type is your responsibility.
You are also responsible for the success of your project or business. I provide the foundation in terms of the design and development of your website, together we develop a strategy for the best use of your website and other services (e.g. Social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc) and I use Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation techniques (on site & off site) to allow people to find your site. You are then responsible for following the strategy we have developed. This may include regular article writing for your website and external sites, interacting with and building a following on various social media sites, developing products and services to sell on your website, or promoting affiliate products.
